RpWallMaker comments

Dennis showed RpWallMaker, the free add-on for SketchUp at the ARRIS CAD Users conference.

They had a few helpful comments for us:

1. Add other justifications, besides center justified.

2. Find a good way to close the final wall.

3. Consider a good way to use two components for windows (inside and outside) and/or to automatically stretch a component.
